The participant of the Heat&Power exhibition is Service Unit LLC, the official distributor and service provider of INNIO Jenbacher gas piston engines.

In June 2025, Service Unit engineers performed technical work on the Jenbacher GPU, 320 series – version D05, which has been in operation for more than 5 years, to improve the reliability of power supply to the production facilities of the pharmaceutical company Active Component, St. Petersburg.

"Gas piston installations need systematic maintenance. Depending on the tasks, highly qualified service specialists can perform work on site, after delivering the necessary spare parts and tools to the customer's facility. We also take over the ordering and delivery of spare parts from manufacturers in order to ensure a high—quality and prompt response to customer tasks," said Ivan Verkhovinsky, Director of Service Unit.

At the specified facility, routine maintenance of 3333 operating hours and a number of routine maintenance work were carried out on the GPU and auxiliary equipment: replacement of oil, gas and air filters, sealing rings of spark plugs and cleaning of spark plugs, as well as their adjustment. In addition, valves were quickly adjusted and valve protrusions were measured, LEANOx was adjusted, gas and other technical fluids were checked for leaks, and throttle joints were lubricated.
