Heat exchangers from the Varm company at the Heat&Power-2025 exhibition

VARM Company is a manufacturer and supplier of heat exchange equipment in Russia. The manufactured products of the WARM company regularly undergo multi-stage quality control at all stages of production. At the Heat&Power 2025 exhibition, VARM company will present heat exchangers:

- Stainless steel version. The heat exchanger can be used in various processes of the food industry, such as: CIP stations for heating detergent solutions with steam; water heating for the circulation circuit of a pasteurization cooling unit (POU); direct heating/cooling of food products.

- With edging ports. The heat exchanger can be used in various industrial processes, such as: steam heating/cooling of products; direct heating/cooling of food products; heating/cooling of mildly aggressive alkaline/acid solutions.

- Collapsible plate heat exchanger with thermal insulation casing. The heat exchanger can be used in various industrial or municipal energy processes, such as heating, hot water supply, ventilation, heating/cooling of equipment circulation circuits. The thermal insulation casing is designed to reduce thermal radiation in the room, protect nearby equipment, and protect personnel in the event of an emergency coolant release.

- A compablock. The block type welded heat exchanger is designed for complex liquids, harsh operating conditions and high temperatures. It is actively used in the petrochemical industry, but it can act as evaporators, condensers, and regenerators for technologies.

- Brazed plate heat exchangers. Soldering machines are very compact, which is their great advantage in conditions of limited space. Brazed heat exchangers are widely used in heating systems and boiler rooms, heating points of residential buildings and cottages, as well as in refrigeration units, in the food industry and climate control equipment. The maximum temperature is around 225 ֯ C, and the maximum pressure, depending on the design, can be 21, 30 or 45 bar.

- Plates and seals. The VARM company can offer components for heat exchangers of any manufacturers, brands and types.
