How to extend the service life of turbochargers: solutions from RTS for Heat&Power-2025

The Heat&Power-2025 exhibition will be attended by the RTS company, which specializes in servicing and repairing turbochargers for marine and industrial engines.
 
Many years of experience, narrow specialization and accumulated statistical data on typical malfunctions and wear allow the company to perform high-quality servicing of turbocharging systems for various engines. The RTS staff includes engineers who have been trained at the factories of the world's leading turbocharger manufacturers, such as PBS-Turbo (Czech Republic), KBB (Germany), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (Japan).
 
The company services turbochargers of the following brands: ABB, MAN, KBB, PBS Turbo, MHI, as well as domestic manufacturers – SKBT and Kolomensky Zavod. Repairs are performed for engines Jenbacher, Caterpillar, MAN, MWM, Perkins, Deutz, SKL, PDM, Pielstick, Sulzer, Wartsila and others.

The RTS service center performs all key types of work:
• disassembly and assembly of turbochargers;
• chemical and mechanical cleaning of parts;
• sandblasting;
• dynamic balancing of rotors;
• turning, milling and grinding operations;
• restoration of shafts and blades of axial turbines.
 
The availability of service kits and spare parts in stock allows for repairs to be carried out in a short time - starting from two days. Work can be performed both in the company's service center and at the customer's site.
