Boiler equipment from the industrial group "Hermes" at Heat&Power-2025

The Hermes Industrial Group is one of the leading machine-building associations in Russia, uniting the Hermes-Ural and Hermes-Lipetsk plants, a sales and management company in Moscow, and the New Design Bureau engineering center in Skolkovo.

The company specializes in the production of fully localized products manufactured on European equipment using German technology. Today, Hermes is one of the largest Russian manufacturers of commercial and industrial boilers. The production program covers equipment with a capacity of 12 to 21,500 kW, operating on gaseous and liquid fuel, and includes:
  • Gas wall-mounted boilers.
  • Wall-mounted condensing boilers.
  • Low-temperature hot water boilers.
  • Floor-standing condensing boilers.
  • Industrial low- and high-pressure hot water boilers.
  • High-pressure steam boilers.
  • Specially designed boilers for greenhouses.

"Hermes-Ural" produces capacitive equipment, vessels and pressure devices for the mechanical engineering, oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and food industries.

The Hermes-Lipetsk production facility is located in the Lipetsk Region, on the territory of the Lipetsk Special Economic Zone. The enterprise is one of the key centers of Russian thermal power engineering, specializing in the production of industrial and commercial Vitomax boilers.

The production program includes:
 
Low-temperature boilers VITOMAX LCB / SX2A
  • Hot-water two- and three-pass boilers.
  • For operation with gas, liquid fuel or combined burners.
  • Power range: 90 – 2000 kW.
 
Hot water boilers VITOMAX LW / HW
  • High and low pressure boilers.
  • Possibility of operation with gas, liquid fuel or combined burners.
  • Power range: 700 – 21,500 kW.
 
Steam boilers VITOMAX HS
  • Three-pass high-pressure steam boilers.
  • For operation with gas, liquid fuel or combined burners.
  • Power range: 0.5 – 30 t/h.
 
The key feature of the enterprise is automated production processes and strict quality control at each stage. A certified laboratory carries out incoming control of materials and conducts research at all stages of production: ultrasound, radiographic and spectrometric.

Modern equipment for spectral analysis allows determining the exact content of elements in metals and comparing the results with regulatory requirements.
 
The estimated service life of Vitomax boilers is 25 years. This figure is achieved through the use of high-strength materials, special requirements for welding technologies and the introduction of innovative solutions in the design of the equipment.

Hermes equipment is supplied to all regions of Russia and is used in the housing sector, industrial facilities and trade and industrial complexes.
