Brazed plate heat exchangers from HS-Science at the Heat&Power-2025 exhibition

JSC "HS-Science" will take part in the 10th anniversary International Exhibition of Industrial Boiler, Heat Exchange and Power Generating Equipment Heat&Power, which will be held from October 21 to 23, 2025 in Moscow, at the Crocus Expo IEC.

The company's stand will feature brazed plate heat exchangers manufactured in Kimry, Tver region. Their capacity reaches several MW, and the operating pressure is up to 45 bar. Customers can choose from a variety of designs that take into account individual tasks and operating features.

All stages of heat exchanger production are fully localized, and the quality management system is certified according to international standards. Each product undergoes mandatory strength and tightness tests.

Since 1995, HS-Science has been developing as an enterprise for the design and production of world-class aircraft heat exchangers. The company's products are used in aircraft from leading manufacturers — TU-204, Boeing 737/777/787, Airbus 380/320, Bombardier, Embraer, as well as in PD-8 and PD-14 engines.

Of particular importance is the localization of key technologies: the company's production site has developed and uses its own stamps for producing plates, and for the first time in Russia, copper and nickel solder soldering in high-temperature deep vacuum furnaces has been introduced. This project was implemented with the support of the Industrial Development Fund as part of the import substitution program.

Heat&Power-2025 will become a platform for demonstrating the latest technologies and equipment in the field of small-scale energy. The exhibition will unite leading Russian and foreign manufacturers of boiler, heat exchange and power generating equipment, as well as service and engineering service providers.
