The proposals of the Small Energy Association are fixed at the level of the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation

The proposals of the Small Energy Association to optimize the procedure for technological connection of distributed generation facilities and data processing centers before their commissioning were reflected in the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin following a meeting of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.

The list of instructions provides for:

Synchronization of connection (technological connection) of capital construction facilities to engineering and technical support networks with the completion of their construction.
Reduction of the standard time limits for technological connection to electric, gas, heat, water supply and sanitation networks to a period not exceeding the construction period of the connected facility.

This instruction directly corresponds to the proposals of the Small Energy Association, previously sent to the presidential administration and the government of the country.

"Consolidating our proposals at the level of the President's instructions not only confirms the relevance and practical significance of the Association's initiatives, but also is an important systemic step that allows reducing administrative barriers, speeding up the commissioning of facilities and creating a more efficient model for the development of distributed energy and the digital economy," said Maxim Zagornov, President of the AME.
