Wildberries has acquired several legal entities to build its own data centers

The united company Wildberries-Russ (RVB LLC) has acquired a group of legal entities to implement plans to build its own data processing centers (data centers).

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, since December 29, RVB owns 100% each in AM-Group LLC, Invest Plus LLC and Sakces LLC. These companies, in turn, have owned Investstroygroup LLC since December 2024 (25% each, including Digital Technologies, which also belongs to these legal entities).

The main activity of Investstroygroup is the rental and management of its own or leased real estate. The explanatory note to the LLC's accounting for 2024 mentions, among other things, plans to create a data center facility.

"These legal entities were acquired to implement the company's previously announced plans to build its own data centers," the Wildberries&Russ press service said. The combined company did not comment on the construction of which data center it was talking about and the parameters of the project.

The Wildberries website dedicated to the group's data centers says that the combined company has built a data center in Elektrostal, as well as projects in Dubna and Naro-Fominsk. The company also plans to create a data center for tasks related to artificial intelligence.
