In 2026, Heat&Power will for the first time present one of the most extensive exhibitions of gas piston units in the show's history. Solutions from leading global manufacturers – Jichai, Weichai, Yuchai, Liyu Power, PowerLink and EvoTec – will be brought together on a single platform.

Visitors will have the opportunity to view equipment from these manufacturers, compare technical specifications, discuss operational features with company representatives, and select solutions for their own on-site, backup and distributed generation projects.

Megawatt-Class Power: Technology Chosen by the Market

The centrepiece of the exhibition will be high-capacity gas piston units designed for energy-intensive industrial enterprises, infrastructure facilities, the oil and gas sector, and data centres.

Weichai Power will showcase a 2.5 MW unit. The company is one of the world's largest manufacturers of engines and power equipment, with over 80 subsidiaries and exports to more than 150 countries. Weichai solutions are widely deployed across industry, power generation and the transport sector.

Jichai Power Company Limited will present a 2.2 MW gas piston unit. A subsidiary of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), the company has over 90 years of experience in developing engines and power equipment for the oil and gas industry, electric power and industrial applications. Jichai products are supplied to more than 60 countries worldwide.

Yuchai Machinery Group will present a 2,5 MW gas piston power plant. The company is among China's largest manufacturers of internal combustion engines. Its equipment is distinguished by high fuel efficiency, extended service life and reliable performance across various operating conditions.

From 500 kW: Solutions for Distributed Energy

The mid-capacity segment will feature units in demand for autonomous and backup power supply at industrial enterprises, commercial facilities and infrastructure sites.

PowerLink will showcase a 500 kW unit that meets the most stringent requirements for efficient energy conversion, extended service life, compatibility with various gas types, and low operating costs.

Additionally, Liyu Power – a manufacturer and developer of gas engines and generator sets – will participate in the exhibition. The company's product line features solutions ranging from 900 to 2,000 kW, operating on natural gas, biogas and industrial gas.

Also sharing its expertise will be Chinese corporation EvoTec – one of the world's largest manufacturers of industrial power machines. The company produces medium- and high-voltage alternators in the power range from 6.8 to 6,000 kW, based on its own patents and registered intellectual property.
