Vitobloc 200 EM-430-SCR: a new generation of economical cogeneration plants for municipal and commercial facilities.

Providing electrical power of 430 kilowatts, it is suitable for use in administrative, commercial and commercial buildings, utilities. Adaptation to the necessary requirements
Thanks to its modular design, the mini-TES can be customized to meet specific user requirements. So, for example, options are available with return temperatures from 60 ° C to 80 ° C. In addition, you can install an external flue gas heat exchanger, which will allow you to remove an additional 300 kW of heat. This makes it possible to integrate equipment into systems with absorption chillers. In addition, it can be installed in thermal oil systems, for example, to supply heat in the oven of a large bakery. The combination of Vitobloc with waste heat boilers gives a wide range of applications.
Cost effective due to high efficiency
The electric efficiency of 39.6% and the overall efficiency of 90% (with an external flue gas heat exchanger) of a mini-TPP running on natural gas ensures efficient use of fuel and, as a result, reduced energy costs. Reliability of all components also contributes to low operating costs. Thanks to a specially designed engine for stationary operation, the Vitobloc 200 maintenance interval can be up to 1000 hours. This ensures maximum availability of the block mini-TPP, ensuring its high efficiency throughout its entire service life.
Easy installation: set - plugged in - done
Each mini-TES is tested on the stand before delivery. Standard equipment includes compensators for noise and vibration-proof connections to gas, exhaust, heating and exhaust lines. This reduces installation work to a minimum.
