Innovative solutions and import substitution in distributed energy will be discussed at a conference in Moscow.

On October 23, the Russian Association of Small Energy together with the National Research Committee of RNC CIGRE and the St. Petersburg Energy Institute of Advanced Studies will hold a scientific-practical conference "Innovative Solutions and Import Substitution in Distributed Energy". The event will be held as part of the business program of the 4th International Exhibition of Industrial Boiler, Heat Exchange and Power Generating Equipment HEAT & POWER in Moscow. The conference will be attended by representatives of leading Russian companies and industry organizations.

In Russia, a state policy aimed at the development of Russian power engineering and the replacement of imported equipment and technologies with domestic analogues or its localization has been announced and is actively being implemented. A number of federal regulatory documents have been developed in support of import substitution; dozens of fuel and energy companies are implementing their own corporate import substitution programs. For the small distributed energy industry, the issue of switching to domestic technology is one of the most painful.

“Today, there are many manufacturers of power equipment operating in Russia, but most of them produce low-power units (gas piston and gas turbine units, microturbines), as well as specific technological units,” commented conference organizer, President of the Russian Association of Small Energy Maxim Zagornov. - Manufacturers of equipment with medium power are much smaller, with large power - practically none. Prior to the imposition of foreign sanctions, powerful aggregates were purchased mainly abroad. Now the state has set the task of resuscitating domestic power engineering. But how do domestic fuel and energy companies cope with this task, what technologies and equipment are offered in return, and how much is import substitution possible in distributed energy? We will discuss at the conference. ”

Representatives of leading Russian companies will take part in the discussion. In particular, experts of Kazan Motor-Building Production Association JSC (Kazan) will talk about a project to build a power plant based on their own NK-38ST gas turbine engine. Representatives of the ISS Group of Companies (Moscow) will share their experience in building the first modular power plant in Russia based on gas piston engines MWM TCG 2032B (4.5 MW) A separate block will raise questions on Russian developments in the field of monitoring systems, diagnostics and control of a generating installation and hardware-software solutions for a distributed energy generation regime management system, specific results in this area will be shared by representatives of NPP Impulse LLC (Moscow) and NIPOM JSC (Nizhny Novgorod).

The conference will be moderated by the President of the Russian Small Energy Association, Director of the ISS Group of Companies Maxim Zagornov and lead the C6 RNC CIGRE National Research Committee, chairman of the Active Power Distribution Systems and Distributed Energy Resources section of the STC UES, Vice-Rector for Research, Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education PEIPK Pavel Ilyushin.

As the organizers of the conference assure - the Russian Association of Small Energy, the National Research Committee C6 of RNC SIGRE and the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education PEIPK, two hours will be saturated with the most useful information. It is no coincidence that the slogan of the conference was the words: “Nothing more! Focus on technology. ”
