25 March 2020 News The Board of Directors of MOEK approved the scope of the investment program for technological connections of new consumers for 2020–2022 in the amount of 34.3 billion rubles. In just three years, it is planned to connect more than 1,500 objects, including transport infrastructure, social facilities, housing and office buildings. Over 650 km of heating networks will be laid to connect to the heat supply. The main objectives of the investment program are the development of the heat network infrastructure of Moscow, increasing economic efficiency, investment attractiveness and ensuring the reliability of the heat and power economy. Within its framework, in the next three years it is planned to carry out significant measures to connect newly constructed facilities to heat supply and hot water supply systems, as well as to restore liquidated property in the framework of agreements on compensation for losses. «The company's investment program for 2020–2022 includes work on connecting a number of large and especially important new metropolitan facilities to the district heating system, in particular 11 transport hubs, 17 metro stations, 34 healthcare facilities, 49 educational facilities, 17 cultural facilities heritage, as well as objects of integrated development of the territory of ZIL and other promising sites in Moscow and Moscow Region», said Denis Bashuk, Managing Director of MOEK.
